consumers and health care providers with accurate and up-to-date information
about health services across the south east region of Ontario. SouthEasthealthline.ca
provides easy access to a reliable source of data, and empowers users to find
the services they need close to home. This free public service is funded by the
South East Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).
Over 4,000 service listings describe organizations and programs serving
people who live in Quinte, Rural Hastings, Rural Frontenac, Lennox and
Addington, Kingston, and Lanark, Leeds and Grenville. Users can choose to
receive local information first, or search the entire south east region. SouthEasthealthline.ca
adheres to industry standards to ensure the site and its content are of the

About our region
About the LHIN: The LHIN plans, manages, and funds the health care system at the local
and regional level, and through its home and community care services, helps
approximately 12,000 individuals live safely at home and in their communities
each day. We work with service providers as well as clients, their caregivers
and families who all have a part in meeting the goal of helping people live
safely in their own home for as long as possible.
