Smoking Cessation - Quit Smoking Programs
  • weekly nicotine replacement therapy clinics- clients receive support and nicotine patches, gum, and/or lozenges for $5 per week * drop-in format- no appointment necessary
  • home visits for expecting moms and new moms with a baby (up to 12 months of age) who want to quit smoking * clients receive support and free nicotine patches, gum, and/or lozenges
  • free quit kit resources
  • help to make a quit plan
  • support for mom and her partner
  • free quit smoking information kits designed specifically for adults, youth, and pregnant clients
  • Smokers’ Help Line, call 1-877-513-5333 or visit www.smokershelpline.ca for free resources and counselling from the smokers help line staff
