Clinical Telemedicine - Appointments with a specialist or health care provider using a two-way secure videoconference technology * allows patients to access a specialist anywhere in Ontario * Kingston Community Health Centre is the central site for coordinating the appointments for residents of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington counties
 
Diabetes and Me - Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices * registered nurse and dietitian on staff
 
Education Programs - Diet and nutrition, fatigue, and falls-prevention education programs
