Service Description: Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Volunteer opportunities:
  • serve as Board Members
  • participate on Committees
  • be program volunteers
  • assist with fund-raising and special events
  • assist Day Program staff and clients
  • provide administrative office support

Appropriate training is provided for all volunteers * opportunities are available in Perth, Smiths Falls, Almonte and Carleton Place

Fees: Adult Day Program: $18 * support is free
Application: Adult Day Program: Referral from the South East LHIN is required * All other programs: Call * no referral required
