Service Description: Lung health program * assessment and spirometry (breathing test) * education and development of an action plan * follow-up care for clients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or asthma

Smoking cessation assistance * STOP nicotine replacement therapy program providing free nicotine replacement therapy in partnership with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care * clients can receive up to 26 weeks of nicotine replacement therapy and individual counselling and support

Pulmonary rehabilitation program: two afternoons per week for eight weeks * exercise, education, and support program
