Service Description: Services include support services (academic, career, personal, and social), Aboriginal education programs, liaison services between Georgian College staff and Aboriginal communities, organizations and individuals * information and resources on Aboriginal culture and language to the Georgian College students and staff

Other programs include Niwijiagan Program (Peer Mentor Service), Visiting Elder Program (support, spiritual guidance, and cultural awareness to all students), Aboriginal Resource Centre (cultural gathering place - drop in centre), and cultural gatherings

Aboriginal academic programs at the college include Shki-Miikan (New Road), Aboriginal Community and Social Development, and Anishnaabemowin Language Programmer * Aboriginal Education Services also works with Aboriginal communities to identify and initiate the development of new Aboriginal programming and services and assists with local community-based training initiatives
