Service Description: Community-based support and rehabilitation services to adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury * provides support for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Adult Day Program - Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities, for people with acquired brain injury, in a group setting for part of the day * supports family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Peer Support - Connects a volunteer with an acquired brain injury patient to provide support

Advocacy - For people with an acquired brain injury who are at a loss, turning point, stuck by a barrier, or in need of a place that is safe to discuss issues. Advocates can support them to work through issues and achieve results by providing links to resources and navigators within our respective communities.

Education and Awareness - Supports for people with acquired brain injury or traumatic brain injury who may not have had the benefit of contact with the medical profession and primary care professionals
