Service Description: Community based residential services  * charitable non-profit

Living arrangements designed for people with intellectual ( developmental ) disabilities whose needs require intensive support and supervision * programs generally have two or more people living together * supervision levels vary but typically would be required and provided on a seven day, 24 hour basis depending on the needs of the individual * person centered planning determines the type and level of support * the group living locations are currently situated in Brockville and Mallorytown
 
Supported Independent Living - Supporting individuals living on their own * typically individuals can receive five to 10 hours of support weekly * Enhanced Supported Independent Living exceeding 10 hours weekly where necessary

Fees: Fees are paid through the Ministry of Community and Family Social Services
