Service Description: Provides:
  • group homes
  • family homes
  • supported independent living program for adults living in their own homes
  • COMPASS * an interest based adult day program
  • Transitional Age Youth Program consults with families to help them connect with services when they are done school * for youth 14-21
  • Family Engagement Network - parents, caregivers, individuals group for discussion and making recommendations

Application: Individuals in need of day or residential supports are placed based on need as assessed at the Pressures and Priorities Committee of the Hastings / Prince Edward Developmental Focus Group * the waiting period is based on priority
