Service Description: Provides:
  • group homes
  • family homes
  • supported independent living program for adults living in their own homes
  • COMPASS * an educational adult day program
  • PawsActive * a doggie daycare that employs adults with disabilities to train them in transferable employable skills, 
  • Transitional Age Youth Program consults with families to help them connect with services when they are done school * for youth 14 - 21
