Service Description: Community support for people who have disabilities * bring people together by encouraging and facilitating friendships and participation in the community * public awareness of contributions of people with disabilities * information and referral
 
Adult Day Program - Leisure and recreational focused day program with lifeskills
 
Family Support Services - Case coordination for  families of children with special needs * information and referrals to access services and funding * assistance in the administration of funds * short and long-term planning
 
Integrated Summer Day Camp - For individuals with a variety of ability levels and special needs * activities are geared toward children with special needs but also include children without special needs
 
School-year Day Programs - Day Program for individuals with developmental disabilities * school year activities that are geared towards social and recreational experiences * children and young adults with or without special needs
