Service Description: Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes

Support to people living with life-limiting illness and to their loved ones and caregivers * nonprofit, non-denominational charitable organization

Community Residential Hospice - Three beds * for people who are approaching the end of their lives and can no longer remain at home * palliative care

Support Groups - Lead by trained facilitators * support group provides a place to share and receive encouragement * grief support groups are offered as needed with meetings weekly for six to eight weeks
