Volunteer Program - Promotion of involvement of volunteers at all Kingston Community Health Centre sites

Prenatal and Obstetrical Care - For registered clients of the centre * people who are not a registered client of the centre, may receive obstetrical services through the sexual clinic that is also offered
 
Clinical Dietitian - Nutritional information and education * one-on-one, couple, or family sessions for people with food and health-related concerns

Keep Well - Seated exercises that can also be done standing up * thirty minutes of social time to encourage participants to make friends and join in the conversation * provides refreshments and healthy snack
 
North End Penguins - Social group focused on fun, meeting friends, sharing talents and learning new crafts

Occupational Therapy - On-site occupational therapy * assists in self-management of chronic disease, disability, illness, or the effects of aging and maintaining independence * one-on-one, family, or group appointments * visits can be made at Kingston Community Health Centre, at home, or at the work site
 
Primary Health Care - Family and community health care team* coordinates patient care * team includes family doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, dietitians, social workers, occupational therapist, diabetes educator, and foot care nurse * after hours care available
 
Resource Assistance - Connects people and families with resources within the community meant to provide assistance in regard to both crisis and non crisis situations
 
Self-Management Program of Southeastern Ontario - Living Well Programs - Self-management workshops for people living with a chronic condition and/or chronic pain, their caregivers and those at-risk for developing a chronic condition.* Coordinates Choices and Changes and Brief Action Planning Workshops for health care providers * Self-management skills workshop * training for workshop facilitators * regional Communities of Practice for self-management programming
 
Sexual Health Clinic - Nurse practitioners provide confidential, non judgmental health clinic services * free pregnancy tests as well as discussion about options related to pregnancy * screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections * scheduled PAP screening clinics
