Service Description: Law students, under professional supervision, are able to assist older adults with legal issues * for example, issues surrounding substitute-decision making and Powers of Attorney *  educational seminars * intake is conducted over the telephone

Telephone/emails are checked twice a day * this is not an emergency service

Application: A referral is not needed.
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Clients must meet certain financial requirements. This service is for low income seniors and financial eligibility is based on Ontario Legal Aid guidelines.
