Service Description: Both market non-subsidized one bedroom apartments, as well as 15 apartments which are rent geared to income apartments * subsidized by the City of Kingston Social Housing Department * on site is the Zion United Church congregational chapel and the multi purpose common hall on the ground floor for tenant use

Fees: Apartment services are not fee based. Market rent set by Board Directors. * Rent Geared to Income tenancies pay thirty percent of gross monthly income and $30 each month for utilities. This is set by prescriptive housing policy.
Application: For Rent Geared to Income Tenancy referrals as of 2002 will be through the Central Housing Registry system. Market Rent tenant applications accepted at our office. Call for more information.Waiting Period: The waiting periods vary with rate of tenancy turn over and other variables beyond control of our corporation.
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Must be a senior and able to live independently. Individuals seeking rent subsidy must meet provincial City of Kingston screening and ongoing occupant criteria and Complex regulations. Market Rent tenants have a normal landlord.
