Are you looking for a SAFE and FUN way to exercise and improve your physical activity level?
In this weekly program you will:
- Learn stabilizing techniques to improve overall strength, balance and flexibility
- Integrate mind-body awareness (involves breathing techniques, concentration and control movements)
- Meet new people and learn FUN new ways to exercise
Free and open to everyone!
You do not need to be a client of the Community Health Centre to attend.
