iPad TechSmart Workshop Series 2017

- A series of 4 free workshops to help you use your iPad to best advantage using built-in tools and some useful apps.
- Who should attend: parents or students with LD, or those who work with them.
- Workshops are free, but space is limited.
Pre-registration required: Bring your own iPad or use one of ours!
Workshops 1 & 2 consist of 2 parts, both on Saturday mornings.
Attendance at both part 1 and part 2 of these two workshops is recommended. These
two workshops are intended for those who are just learning to use the iPad.
Workshop #2 - Smart Ways To Communicate (writing / expressive communication strategies)
Explore alternatives to writing (e.g., voice dictation, spelling help, using the camera
instead of copying, word prediction, turn handwriting into typed text, recording audio
and note taking, grammar checking, and creating documents that contain audio,
picture and videos).
