Brockville General Hospital
Located in charming and historic Brockville, within close striking distance of Kingston, Gananoque, Prince Edward County, Ottawa, the Thousand Islands, and in close proximity to two international bridges, Brockville General Hospital plays an important role in the lives and well-being of the 100,000 people living within its catchment area. With 850 employees, 160 physicians, 350 volunteers, and a budget of approximately $73 million, the hospital plays an important role in the provision of services itself, but also as part of regional initiatives aimed at creating efficiencies and better care for all patients. With an upcoming multi-million dollar hospital expansion that will consolidate BGH’s operation, the hospital is poised to capitalize on strong community support as it evolves.
