Service Description:

Education and management to children and adolescents with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes * children are seen within 24 hrs of diagnosis * insulin treatment is necessary as soon as diagnosis occurs

Self-refer by telephone or referrals can come from family physicians, outpatient clinics or emergency rooms
