Service Description:
|
Supportive, multi-faith ministry offering spiritual health practitioners who work in a multi-faith capacity with other hospital staff (nurses, doctors, social workers and occupational therapists) as part of a patient's healthcare team
Help patient and families who are faced with:
- An illness or new diagnosis
- Grief, loss, bereavement
- End-of-life
- Spiritual and emotional distress
- Times of crisis
- Lack of family, experiences of loneliness and isolation
- The need for counselling and psychotherapy
- The desire for prayer or rituals
