Parents or caregivers must call or send an email to make an appointment * students under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver * bring a copy of the student's birth certificate and/or passport, a proof of citizenship or immigration/permanent residency documents, a proof of address, a copy of the Health Card, credit information (from previous school), school attendance record (from previous school), registration fee, and a copy of the personalized teaching plan
