Service Description:
|
Specially trained nursing response is provided at Brockville General Emergency Department:- crisis intervention
- nursing care
- treatment for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, sexually transmitted infections, HIV, and pregnancy protection
- information and referral services
- completion of forensic documentation with the permission of the victim
- assistance with risk assessment and safety planning
