Group homes and family homes * supported independent living program for adults living in their own homes * interest based adult day program * Transitional Age Youth Program consults with families to help youth 14-21 connect with services when schooling is completed * Family Engagement Network

Individuals in need of day or residential supports are placed based on need as assessed at the Pressures and Priorities Committee of the Hastings / Prince Edward Developmental Focus Group * the waiting period is based on priority
