Service Description: Outpatient treatment

Including:
  • assessment and referral
  • individual counselling
  • intensive one month, three hours daily day treatment program
  • specialized groups are offered 
Motherwise Program - confidential support for women including:
  • assessments
  • individual counselling
  • referrals
  • parenting information
  • welcome kit
 
Problem Gambling Treatment - Community counselling/treatment
  • initial and ongoing assessment and treatment planning
  • case management
  • brief intervention
  • lifestyle and personal counselling to assist the individual to develop skills to manage gambling and related problems and/or maintain and enhance treatment goals
  • sessions are individual * family and group format

Fees: Free
Application: Referral by professional or self referral
Eligibility / Target Population: Substance use problems or problems with gambling
Motherwise is for individuals pregnant and or parenting children from birth to 6 years of age with concerns about drugs or alcohol * custody of the children is not required to receive support
