Application:

Clients may be referred by their physician, nurse practitioner or other caregiver or Call or visit * appointments required for some programs * no referral required * there may be a waiting list for some services * North Kingston residents who are clients of Kingston Health Centre, Better Beginnings for Kingston Children, or Street Health Centre
Referrals also accepted from Pathways for Children and Youth if client lives in North Kingston
