Service Description:

Affordable housing for single adults who are in need of a home * assists chronically homeless individuals with finding suitable accommodations within an umbrella of housing belonging to the Supportive Housing Program including shared housing and one-bedroom apartments * some units are wheelchair accessible
Supportive services can include:- advocacy
- budgeting skills
- life skills
- problem solving
- emotional well-being
- mental health issues
- stress management
- social skills
