Service Description:
|
Diagnosis and care of inpatient and outpatient patients with palliative care needs * in-hospital teams at Kingston General Hospital and Providence Care Hospital * out-patient cancer clinic at Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario and a satellite clinic in Belleville * community palliative care consult team and other non-malignant outpatient clinics
