Help with forms and volunteer income tax program * assistance available with federal or provincial programs such as:- Old Age Security
- Spouse's Allowance
- Canada Pension Plan
- Guaranteed Assistance Income Supplement (GAINS)
- Volunteer Income Tax Clinic (for seniors 60+ who meet CRA CVITP income eligibility)
- Ontario Energy Support Program (OESP)
- and other forms that may require assistance

For the Income Tax Program - income tax forms and all supporting documents must be dropped off at the Community Care office and picked up when completed
